Blackpool-based adult retailer Saints & Sinners has been granted a licence to serve alcohol on its premises. The store already has a lounge area which serves coffee, where customers can wait while their partners try on items of lingerie, and this will now also offer wine, champagne, Prosecco, and chilled beers. Saints & Sinners, which promotes itself as ‘three floors of fun, fantasy and fetish’ is one of the UK’s leading independent adult stores, and it was voted Best Individual Store in the 2013 ETO Awards. It is believed to be the first adult store to be granted an alcohol licence.
Saints & Sinners manager Sue Judge [pictured above] said: “We often have couples who wish to go for a drink to discuss which items they are going to buy, and now they can do so without leaving the store.”
Saints & Sinners is also in the process of revamping its changing rooms, and the newly refitted area will feature boutique-style plush velvet curtains. For more information visit www.saintsandsinners.com
