Scala Playhouse says that this autumn its office salesforce will be a force to be reckoned with after graduating from a four-day course at the company’s headquarters in the Netherlands. Dubbed the Beate Uhse Academy, the theme of the course was ‘Our customer is not a number’ – and the company reports that all students graduated with flying colours.
“Understanding the customer and treating the customer right is an important aspect for every office salesforce,” the company said in a statement. “That is why Scala Playhouse invests in their employees by sending them off to the Beate Uhse Academy. At the academy they learned how to treat the customer even better, how to deal with issues and wishes, and obtain more acquisitions. In the four-day course the crew was squeezed just right to adapting the mantra ‘Our customer is not a number’.”
