The curtain came down on the 2015 ETO Show yesterday and initial feedback from exhibitors suggests it could have been one of the most successful shows in the event’s 11 year history. It was certainly the biggest in terms of floor space, with the enormous Pipedream/Scala Playhouse stand – complete with fully stocked bar dispensing complimentary drinks – taking centre stage in the Pavilion Hall of the NEC.
With some 60 exhibitors in total, the show saw all ‘fab four’ US brands – California Exotic Novelties, Doc Johnson, Pipedream and Topco – exhibit in the UK for the first time, along with brand new names such as Buff, Nippleicious and Zorba.
A large number of new products made their European and UK debuts at the show, with one surprise launch being a lifelike ass that twerked during use – remarkably authentically too. The Lingerie Fashion Catwalk was as popular as ever and it was joined by a new feature area just for bloggers: BlogSpot, run by Cara Sutra and Melissa MacFarlane.
