Coinciding with the return of Dragon’s Den to our TV screens, online retailer LoveHoney.co.uk has launched its Design A Sex Toy Competition which will see the winner walk away with £1,000 and a lifetime of royalties on the sex toy’s eventual sales.
LoveHoney has assembled a panel of expert judges including TV sex expert and best-selling author Tracey Cox and LoveHoney’s head buyer Bonny Hall.
“We’re looking for the Dyson of sex toys – the revolutionary idea that’s going to sell around the world and earn the inventor thousands, if not millions, of pounds,” said Bonny Hall, chair of the judging panel. “Whether you make your mock up out of Play-Doh, sketch it out on a scrap of paper or use a computer graphics programme isn’t important. If the concept turns us on, then you could be on to a winner.”
