Book early for Shots Media show

Shots Media is staging its in-house trade show in Beneden-Leeuwen, The Netherlands, from 15th – 18th July and this will be followed by another of its famous Shots Parties, at Nijmegen, on July 19th but it is advising guests to book early to avoid disappointment.

Visitors to Shots can take advantage of exclusive special offers and a number of new products will be revealed for the first time. The annual in-house trade show is when Shots launches its new catalogue so discontinued lines can be picked up at special prices. There will be new additions to the Shots Toys brand, new lotions & potions from Pharmquest and Shots will be showcasing the full range of American brand Doc Johnson, which it is now carrying, and a new Adam & Eve toy and lube line. It is also introducing its own lingerie brand, plus a new American brand, which will result in more than 1,000 lingerie styles added to its range.

Visitors will also be given a guided tour of the facility, taking in product development, manufacturing and distribution, allowing them to see the journey a product takes from initial sketch to the finished article. Complementary food and drink will be served throughout the event and visitors will be able to meet their account manager as well as shop in the cash ‘n’ carry section of the showroom. Shots offer customers the opportunity to pre-order products for the coming year, so each month the retailer automatically receives their best-selling products with an extra discount. Plus all orders placed at the show qualify for an additional 10% discount.

On the evening of the last day of the show there will be a VIP Meet and Greet with the Shots Media team. On July 19th, the 2013 Shots Media Party takes place in Nijmegen during one of the biggest events in Holland – the Four Day March (www.4daagse.nl). More than one million people will visit the city to celebrate the last day of the march and Shots will be located in a pavilion at its finish. This location means numbers are strictly limited so admission is by invitation only. Every year Shots arranges entertainment for its party guests and last year live music was provided by Arno Kolenbrander, Dewi and Het Feestteam.

Hein Schouten of Shots Media commented: “The trade show during the week is open to everybody and most customers from abroad fly in on Wednesday or Thursday. They visit the show and party and go back on Saturday. Transportation from airports to hotels is arranged but because it is a very busy period hotel reservations have to be made before the beginning of May, so please contact your account manager as soon as possible to arrange dates.”

For UK retailers this will be Hein, who can be contacted on +31 (0)610 003459. Or for more information visit http://shotsmediaparty.nl/
