The second Sexhibition consumer event was staged in Manchester from August 19th – 21st and its stage shows were graced by some of the leading names from the world of Burlesque, including Immodesty Blaize, Saffron of Republica, and Briar Rouge. Alongside the stage programme, Sexhibition offered visitors a large number of exhibitors to shop at plus ‘after dark’ entertainment, an audience with US porn star Stoya, and the first annual Sexhibition Awards.
The winners of the Sexhibition awards were: Stoya (Adult Star of the Year), Whiplr (App of the Year), Immodesty Blaize (Burlesque Performer), Kiku Corset Boutique (Corset Designer), Liv Honeywell (Erotic Author), Zara Du Rose (Fetish Model), Slube (Innovation), Yummy Gummy Latex (Latex Designer), Kiss Me Deadly (Lingerie Designer), Romanie Smith (Pin-up of the Year), Sh! Women’s Store (Retailer of the Year), Girl On The Net (Sex Journalist), Hot Octopuss (Sex Toy, for Pulse) and Alix Fox (Sex Educator and Outstanding Contribution to Sex in the 21st Century).
