US trade magazine Xbiz staged its annual awards presentation at the Westin Bonaventure hotel in downtown Los Angeles on January 17th. Hosted by Stormy Daniels, the event saw over 160 awards given in categories four categories: Movies & Production, Web & Technology, Pleasure Products, and Retail & Distribution.

Dr Emily Morse was named Sexpert of the Year, Lovehoney also picked up a second award in the Retail & Distribution category (Online Retailer of the Year — Pleasure Products), where Shots Media bagged International Distributor of the Year.

The evening before, Xbiz held its Exec Awards, which recognised the achievements of individuals and the roles they played in the success of their brands. The winners were: Briana Watkins (Account Exec of the Year — Pleasure Products), Chad Jenny (Account Exec of the Year — Retail), Lupe Martinez (Business Development Exec of the Year), Preston Garland (Marketing Exec of the Year), Jerome Bensimon (Progressive Leadership Award), Kimberly Faubel (Community Figure of the Year), Brent Aldon (Brand Ambassador of the Year), Kerin De Francis (Senior Leadership Award), Steve Craig (Chief Exec of the Year), Elsa Viegas (Businesswoman of the Year), Michael Trigg (Businessman of the Year), Alicia Sinclair (WIA Woman of the Year) and Ron Braverman (Legacy Award).
