The next AITA open meeting will be held at 5pm on Thursday 25th June at the Hercules Pillars, Holburn, and the guest speaker will be Chris Scroggs of Charles Cook and Co. He will be giving a presentation on how suppliers can legally protect their goods should the worst happen to their customers.
The presentation will cover Romalpa clauses, ROT claims, how you can give yourself the best chance of recovering your goods and ensuring your name is at the top of the list of creditors not down the bottom.
Drinks and nibbles will follow the presentation, which is open to all members. Non-members should email [email protected] if they wish to be added to the guest list.
