AITA – the Adult Industry Trade Association – is holding its AGM at The New Connaught Rooms, London on Thursday 25th September 2008 commencing 5.00pm.
The Agenda will be as follows:
1. Minutes of last year’s AGM.
2. Chairman’s report on the 2007-2008 year.
3. Treasurer’s report on the 2007-2008 year.
4. Election of Chairman.
[Nominations for Chairman should be received by the AITA secretary no later than four weeks before the date of the proposed AGM – 31st August 2008. Nominations for Chairman must be proposed and seconded by members in good standing of AITA.]
5. Election of Committee for 2008-2009.
[The AITA constitution allows for a committee of up to 13 members and the association is always interested in seeing new names on the committee to allow it to best represent the diverse interests of its members. Prospective committee members must be nominated, by sending a notice to the
AITA secretary, no later than four weeks before the date of the proposed AGM – 31st August 2008. Nominees must be proposed and seconded by members in good standing of AITA.]
6. Motions.
[Any motions which are meant to be taken up at the AGM must formally be notified to the Secretary of AITA no later than four weeks before the date of the AGM – 31st August 2008.]
